Thank you for registering to use the Safety Self-Assessment Tool.
This tool is designed to give you an indication of how well your business is handling health, safety and injury management issues by answering a series of questions and providing results. It also provides guidance material to help you make improvements to your workplace safety.
Once you have registered you will be able to complete the questionnaire, review existing questionnaires and generate your hazard, incident and benchmark reports. These reports will allow you to view your results and see how your business is performing compared to others.
